Job description:

Liquid applied waterproofing by hand and by spray machine application to professional finish that meets technical data requirements

Installation extruded insulation and drainage layers

Installation of green roof products/biodiverse roof products such as soils/sedum mat

Previous experience of liquid hand applied waterproofing required (minimum of 3 years sub contractor experience)

Spray applied experience preferred but not essential

Experience of working with green roofs and insulated flat roofs is preferable

In date CSCS Card essential (minimum green)

Good level of English (spoken and written)
