Purpose of the Role/Role Overview:

 The Site Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site. This includes document control, data entry, coordinating site activities, supporting compliance with company policies, and assisting project teams with administrative needs.

 The postholder will behave in a professional manner with all internal staff, site staff and our clients, adopting a supportive attitude always.

 General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

 ·      Maintain accurate site records, including attendance registers, timesheets, permits, and delivery logs.

·      Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as required by site management.

·      Manage filing systems (both digital and hard copy) to ensure compliance with document control procedures.

·       Support procurement activities by raising purchase orders and maintaining supplier records.

·       Purchasing, specifically obtaining quotes and raising purchase orders

·       Acting as a point of contact for operational staff and communicating project status to all were necessary

·      Monitoring and reporting the status of project documents uploaded to client portals daily for approvals

·      Uploading RAMS, drawings, report and tech substo client portals

·      Ensure that site documentation complies with health and safety standards.

·       Assist with onboarding and induction of new site personnel and visitors.

·       Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and inspections.

·       Maintain and update site noticeboards and communication channels.

·       Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and head office teams to support operational efficiency.

·       Production of O&Ms for Arc Waterproofing as required

·       Minute taking where necessary and required

·       General ad-hoc administrative duties to support the team
