Responsibilities

Regeneration & Construction - Join our multi-award-winning Site Evaluation and Restoration (SER) team as part of the project and development management function. We specialise in transforming contaminated brownfield sites into thriving, valuable places, combining commercial development management skills with technical expertise in contaminated sites.

Demolition is often a key part of our work, with the Development Services and Demolition (D6) teams working together to provide the right expertise and project experience. You will assist with Technical Due Diligence reports, demolition management, contractor procurement, clerk of works roles, and project management, gaining technical knowledge from our multi-faceted team and projects across various industries and clients.

  • Accepted degrees: Geography, Land Economy, Property development and Planning, Environmental Science, Geophysics, Environmental Consultancy or similar.
