The Role

On site LEV servicing and repair: Visiting customer sites, come rain or shine, using a Zoomo supplied vehicle to perform routine maintenance and repairs to our customers LEV’s.

Customer Focus: Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers, including B2B clients, by answering questions and offering expert advice.

Teamwork & Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of Zoomo's e-bike fleet.

Leadership and Coaching: Help guide and develop the mechanic team by sharing your knowledge and fostering a positive work environment.

Typically 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, but this may include weekend work from time to time.

Requirements

  • Has extensive experience repairing e-bikes, any experience fixing e-cargo bikes,  mopeds and automobiles is a bonus.
  • Strong Workshop Practices: Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
  • Strong problem-solving approach and ability to learn on the job to repair a wide range of LEV’s
  • Works well independently and can be trusted to uphold Zoomo’s values and standards whilst on customer sites
  • Maintains meticulous attention to detail and prioritises high-quality work
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively
  • Cytech Level 2 bicycle mechanics training or equivalent would be ideal but not essential.
  • To be able to work as part of a team, collaborating with the Zoomo teams worldwide
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has a driving licence and / or valid CBT
